Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Xfinity Inbound Agent to join our team in Lahore, Punjab. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support related to Xfinity services. You will assist customers in resolving billing discrepancies, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate them on available products and promotions.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred), experience in Xfinity sales campaigns, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM) is required. Pay ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
