Job Description
AJ is seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee all aspects of building and grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain custodial functions while ensuring security and emergency preparedness procedures are properly implemented.
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising the quality of work for employees, managing service contracts, and conducting regular facilities inspections. You will also communicate workplace safety precautions and will be responsible for forecasting, allocating, and supervising financial and physical resources effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Experience: 5 years in a similar role (Required)
