Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified Factory Supervisor to join our Rubber Factory situated near Sundar Estate on Sunder Raiwind Road, Lahore. The successful candidate should possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee production processes, manage and guide workers, ensure product quality standards are met, perform routine equipment maintenance checks, and oversee loading operations.
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday. This is a full-time position.
Salary: The starting salary is Rs60,00.00 per month.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
