Job Description
International Petrochemical is looking for a highly capable Female Assistant to the CEO with expertise in relationship management, executive support, and coordination. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide essential support to the executive team.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in executive support, coordination, or client relationship roles
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Proficiency in managing emails, scheduling appointments, and following up on tasks
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Educational background: Business Graduate from LSE, FC, or UMT (A/O Levels preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant position
