Job Description
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is looking for detail-oriented Female Call Center Agents to support our student services team. You will assist prospective and current students with inquiries about our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admissions.
- Assist with application procedures and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Requirements: High school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
