Job Description
Diputech is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Call Support Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions over the phone. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and excel in customer-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications: Intermediate or higher education preferred; experience in customer service is a plus.
Location: Office No. 3B, 3rd Floor, Plaza 100, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
Timings: 10am-6pm (Mon-Sat). Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
