Job Description
We are seeking a highly presentable and professional Female Front Desk Executive to join our team at Shelter. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately.
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: Previous experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
