Job Description
Position Overview: The Female Receptionist & Administrative Assistant at Archnetix Pvt. Ltd. will manage front-desk operations while providing essential administrative support. This role demands excellent customer service, attention to detail, and effective multitasking.
Duties: Serve as the welcoming face of the company, handle inquiries, maintain office records, coordinate meetings, manage supplies, and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience preferred, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a friendly demeanor.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, office-based during standard business hours.
