Eracon Technologies is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Executive with expertise in HR functions and recruitment. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, while managing key HR processes like employee engagement and performance management.
Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role also requires collaboration with the HR team on retention strategies and representing the company at job fairs.
