Job Description
Join LALA Group of Companies as a Field Sales Manager, reporting directly to the CEO. We seek a dynamic individual with a minimum of 6 years of field sales experience, preferably in the travel or Umrah industry.
Your key responsibilities will include developing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating a team of representatives, and building strong relationships with clients in the travel sector. You will also negotiate contracts, conduct market research, and perform field visits to ensure high team performance.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
