Job Description
Simply BPO is hiring a full-time Final Expense Closer (Customer Sales Representative) to work onsite at 1st Floor, Save Mart, Bahria Phase 2, Rawalpindi. Shifts follow UK and USA hours. Salary: Rs100,00–Rs150,00/month. Interviews: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM. Contact: +92 319 9911979.
- Handle client interactions, resolve inquiries, and close final expense sales with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate, timely records.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred; excellent English communication; prior customer service/call center experience preferred; minimum 2 years of Final Expense closing experience; strong multitasking and solution-oriented attitude. This is an in-person role.
