Job Description
Role Overview: The Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses, and Asset Accounting Subject Matter Expert is crucial in managing the financial processes of Grey Beard. This role ensures accurate and timely payments while adhering to company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice and Payment Processing
- Vendor Management and Reporting
- Expense Report and Reimbursement Management
- Fixed Asset Management, Capitalization, and Reporting
Requirements:
- ACCA, CIMA, CMA finalist, or Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance
- Experience with international clients in BPO is preferred
- Understanding of ERP software (e.g., SAP)
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
