Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations, including FICA, Medicare, FUTA, and state-specific requirements. This role will involve managing 1099 and W-2 reporting while utilizing payroll software such as ADP, Gusto, or Paychex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to federal and state payroll tax laws.
- Prepare and file 1099 and W-2 forms accurately.
- Reconcile payroll taxes and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Qualifications:
