Job Description

Bachaa Party is looking for a skilled and experienced Floor Manager in Lahore, Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise designated sections and lead the team.
• Enhance customer service and increase sales.
• Train staff on company standards.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in a retail brand.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,00 – Rs90,00 per month
