Job Description
Campus92 is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Floor Manager (Night Shift) to join our team. The Floor Manager will be critical in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations for online courses.
- Negotiate contracts for profitability.
- Prepare sales forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales success, ideally in the education industry.
- Minimum 3 years as a Team Lead or Sales Executive.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
