Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled freelance Technical Recruiter with expertise in Shipping and Port Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified technical candidates, ensuring a streamlined and cost-effective recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (HR degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sourcing technical profiles, specifically at the Mid to Senior level.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
This position allows for freelance work with remote options available.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
