Job Description
Join Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd as a Fresh Call Center Agent! In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Your duties will include providing accurate information about our products and services, assisting customers with order placements, and documenting interactions in our CRM system.
