Job Description
ASK Development Limited is actively seeking a Customer Services Representative to enhance our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should be recent graduates from a well-respected university, proficient in both English and Urdu, and currently residing in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to and managing customer calls
- Providing online assistance for our services
- Coordinating with Operations to resolve issues
- Creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets
- Maintaining a log of faults by region
- Carrying out special assignments as needed
The salary range is Rs32,00 – Rs45,00. There is an option for remote work after 6 months based on performance. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK-based Call Center is required.
