Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking motivated Banking Helpline Agents to join our esteemed telecom company. This full-time position includes responsibilities such as:
- Responding to customer calls with a friendly demeanor.
- Effectively resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Managing and updating customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 monthly, contingent on performance.
Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with 6 months of experience in the banking sector as a customer service representative.
Location: Lahore (in-person).
