Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to serve as the initial point of contact for our valued clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- warmly greet clients and visitors
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- manage and schedule appointments
- handle correspondence and perform data entry
- maintain an orderly front desk environment
Requirements:
- excellent communication abilities
- proficiency in multitasking
- basic knowledge of office software
- prior experience at a front desk is preferred
