Link HR Consultants is actively seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to become a vital member of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and courtesy while greeting and assisting patients and visitors. Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, facilitating patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate maintenance of patient records, and collaborating with clinical staff to promote an efficient patient flow.
We are looking for an individual who can uphold a clean and organized front desk environment while delivering exceptional customer service. A minimum of one year of prior experience as a receptionist is preferred.
