Job Description
We invite you to become a Fundraising Call Agent with the Women’s Empowerment Group. In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to current and prospective donors, effectively communicating our mission and illustrating the impact of their contributions. Your responsibilities will include confidently soliciting donations, professionally managing objections, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
We seek candidates with a minimum of an Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and prior experience in generating donations for social or health-related initiatives in Pakistan. Proficiency in Urdu is essential, while fluency in English is an advantage. A goal-oriented mindset and basic computer skills are critical for your success in this position.
