Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Fundraising Manager to lead donor strategy, cultivate relationships, and secure diversified revenue streams. You will design and implement campaigns, oversee grants and events, steward major donors, and analyze fundraising performance to ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, excellent communication and project-management skills, and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
