Job Description
VapeMall is seeking a results-oriented General Manager to oversee the operations of our branches. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across all locations. Your contributions will drive performance, manage inventory effectively, and maintain branch standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, lead branch teams, establish sales targets, ensure high service quality, evaluate branch performance, oversee inventory management, analyze sales data, improve customer experience, coordinate marketing initiatives, address operational issues, and ensure adherence to all policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
