Job Description
Far 360 Consultancy is seeking a full-time General Support Officer for the night shift to oversee front desk operations in coordination with the Manager. The successful candidate will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle incoming calls, messages, and reservations, and liaise with other departments to resolve guest concerns promptly.
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk, keeping accurate records and guest information, preparing daily reports, and supporting administrative and scheduling tasks. The role demands courteous, efficient hospitality and reliable night-time presence.
