Job Description
Join our team at Agrius IT as a Global Help Desk Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team of technicians across multiple time zones to provide exceptional IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
✔ Manage the ticketing system and track performance metrics.
✔ Collaborate with IT teams for comprehensive support.
✔ Supervise IT asset management across global offices.
✔ Provide coaching and training to team members.
Location: Gulberg Greens
Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
