Job Description
Location: 13-KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Position Title: General Manager – Production
Salary Range: PKR 200,00 – 300,00/month
We seek a highly skilled and driven General Manager of Production to effectively oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant leadership experience in production
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities to meet targets
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Implement process enhancements to boost productivity
