Job Description
Nizami Brothers is seeking a seasoned professional for the position of General Manager in our Steel Manufacturing division. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess 12 to 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Applicants must be adaptable to various work environments and capable of directing plant operations, ensuring production quality, and implementing safety policies.
The role includes budgeting, staff recruitment and training, enforcing policies, and proposing improvements to production processes. Candidates should be 45 years or older.
