Job Description
A.A Joyland seeks a Guest Experience Facilitator at Ocean Mall Clifton, Karachi. Minimum Intermediate education. Full-time, six days per week; shifts 2:00 PM–11:00 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends. Salary Rs35,00–37,00 plus overtime, incentives, and commissions. This is an on-site position.
- Greet guests and operate attractions professionally
- Enforce safety standards and perform routine checks
- Organize games and events; maintain a clean, enjoyable environment
- Report incidents promptly and communicate positive guest feedback to the team
