Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is actively seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently manage check-ins and bookings.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with guests.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience in guest service.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
