Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive an end-to-end CX strategy that increases satisfaction, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will define CX KPIs and SLAs, analyze customer data and feedback to reduce churn, lead AI, automation, and analytics initiatives, align CX with technology, sales, and marketing, and represent the customer perspective to senior leadership.
- Experience: 10–12 years total, including 8+ years in senior management.
- Qualifications: Strong CX/service operations leadership, data-driven and strategic execution mindset; Master’s degree preferred.
- Location: Lahore (preferred). Full-time, in person.
