Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Internal Audit to strengthen controls, manage enterprise risk, and ensure regulatory and financial compliance. This role will design and execute the annual audit plan, assess internal controls and financial reporting, coordinate with external auditors, and present findings to executive management and the audit committee.
- Minimum 8 years in internal audit or assurance; CPA or CIA preferred
- Deep knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
- Proven leadership in building high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical skills and clear communication to drive process improvements and support corporate governance
