Job Description
Lead the Power Generation & Utilities team across EMEA to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of thermal, renewable, and utility assets. Establish regional strategy and manage P&L while overseeing asset performance, capital projects, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to optimize generation, uphold grid codes and environmental regulations, and drive sustainability initiatives.
- Requirements: engineering degree; 10+ years in power generation or utilities with 5+ years in leadership; strong financial acumen; stakeholder management; familiarity with grid codes and environmental regulations.
- Preferred: experience across multiple EMEA markets and participation in energy transition programs.
