Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Production. In this key leadership role, you will guide, manage, and mentor a skilled production team. You will be responsible for overseeing project workflows, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Media Production, or Business Management, and has 8–12 years of experience in production management within a creative agency.
