Position Type: Full-time (In-person)

Qualifications: Intermediate or Graduate degree required
Experience: 1-2 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer both national and international calls.
- Welcoming visitors and adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of visitors, calls, and attendance.
- Efficiently file data and update records.
- Carry out reception duties with courtesy.
- Organize documents under the supervision of HR.
- Assist HR/Admin Manager with assigned tasks.
Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
