Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Support Executive to deliver first-line assistance for information and computing system issues. This role involves investigating user problems, implementing effective solutions, and contributing to procedural documentation.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring desktops and laptops, diagnosing technical faults, and liaising with the central IT service desk. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and a B.Sc or BS in Computer Science are required.
