Position Overview: As the initial point of contact for IT-related inquiries, you will resolve issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of helpdesk experience, strong troubleshooting skills in both Windows and Mac OS, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
