Job Description
ASK Development, a renowned telecom company, is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries with a positive and professional demeanor, resolving issues by offering accurate information and solutions, processing customer orders, and updating accounts with relevant details.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 monthly, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service (CSR). This position is based in Islamabad and is essential for applicants to be located in the area.
