Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to invite applications for the position of Helpline Agent within our respected telecom company. We are in search of candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Urdu with a neutral accent.
- Location: Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Work Experience: Ideally between 6 months to 2 years in a relevant field.
- Compensation: Monthly salary of Rs. 45,00, including performance-based incentives.
- Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts (monthly).
As a Helpline Agent, your responsibilities will include managing customer calls, providing online support, addressing issues, handling Network Trouble Tickets, and maintaining records. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary.
