Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a distinguished telecom company, is seeking dedicated Helpline Agents to join our team. In this role, you will engage professionally with customers, assisting them with inquiries, processing orders, and managing their accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Professionally handling customer calls.
- Addressing customer queries and resolving complaints.
- Processing orders and payments accurately.
- Maintaining and updating customer account information.
The salary range is between Rs37,00 to Rs55,00 per month, depending on performance.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 6 months experience in the banking sector, and the ability to work in Lahore.
