Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound calls for customer services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain fault records for respective regions.
- Execute special tasks assigned during duty.
Qualifications: Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Freshers welcome; 1-year call center experience preferred.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 per month + Rs10,00 incentive.
Location: Lahore
