Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Providing assistance with customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based campaigns
Salary: Rs32,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month including incentives up to Rs15,00
Shifts: Rotational shifts for males; morning shift only for females. Work from home available after probation.
