Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Helpline Calling Agent to join our team. The key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls
- Providing assistance and addressing customer queries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
– Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
– Communication Skills: Fluent in English
– Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based companies
– Salary: Rs 45,00 monthly, including incentives up to Rs 15,00
– Medical insurance provided
– Shift: Rotational for males; mornings only for females. Work from home available after probation.
