Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell high-rise units.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Conduct site visits and deliver presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of real estate sales experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
