Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for handling 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying, and engaging interested customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings: (NIGHT SHIFT)
- 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements: Good English skills, laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
