Job Description
BGE Limited is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Admin Manager with a solid background in hotel management, operations on Booking.com, and accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for seamlessly managing financial and administrative tasks while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel administration, including bookings and guest records.
- Manage transactions on Booking.com, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Handle accounting tasks, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Ensure efficient office operations and team coordination.
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for effective data management.
- Supervise monthly financial reporting and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in hotel management and accounting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
