Job Description
Hotel Pak Heritage is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Assistant Manager to oversee hotel operations, optimize our online presence, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hotel operations experience and expertise in using www.booking.com and Agoda.
Requirements include a strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Preferred qualifications: Certification in hospitality management (CHA, CHT), experience with property management systems (PMS), and knowledge of additional online travel agencies (OTA).
