Aridian Technologies is seeking a dedicated HR & Admin professional to enhance our HR and administrative functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, supervising onboarding processes, and executing daily administrative tasks to ensure an efficient workflow and a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, along with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, while experience in technology-driven organizations is a valuable asset.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
