Job Description

Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications: Master’s in Human Resources, 3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
