Job Description
DynamIT Solutions Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, along with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee attendance and assist with payroll functions.
- Promote employee engagement and facilitate training programs.
- Draft and update company policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns with confidentiality.
- Manage general office administration tasks.
